Those cited quotes are ones of the most heartbreaking parts from Infinity War. For me, personally, I went to a cinema watching Avengers: Infinity War because I adore Spider-Man soooooo much, and knowing him disappeared at the last part of movie was breaking my heart, it was devastating. However, I found out his last part was touching because he said sorry to Tony Stark right before he disappeared. I don't know, but one more time, personally, it seemed showing his purity, like you know Tony asked him to leave but he stayed. Even though, in the end, Spider-man was needed, but what he had done just showed a rebel, so it's just making sense that he said sorry... or it is because he felt like he didn't do his best that is why he apologized, or he was feeling like it was not right that he disappeared while he knew Tony still needed him. Do you get what I mean? It was so touching for many possibilities of reasons.
Alright, let's forget about that saddest part of the movie and move on to his look, hahahaha, it's so anticlimax.
In this movie, Peter wore the new suit that Tony had prepared, showed in Spider-man: Homecoming. It genuinely looked sooooo much much much cooler and more modern than the old one. It had dark blue and dark red colors, and ,the most important, had more features.

Picking the same colors as his suit, I also picked dark (navy) blue and dark red as the inspiration of this look. My evening dress here was actually paired with grey, but it is beyond my expectation that the dress will look so damn beautiful paired with red color.
Emma Stone had those two colors mixed twice for the Spider-Man movie red carpet premiere, but still, I think my look with my dress look obviously as nice as hers.
