Mineral Water? What's for ?!

Buenas tardes!!
What a tiring day even though I got only two classes today. My first class had only an evaluation test because we were in the end of a unit, and my another class got a discussion and exercises. Can you guess what did we discuss? We discussed diet, healthy food and unhelathy food. Talking about diet, I ended up sharing my habit related to health.
Well, sadly, I will let you know that I have a problem with drinking mineral waters,
I don’t why, but everytime a person asks me “why don’t you drink? You don’t like the “tastless taste” of the mineral water?” , I have no idea what should answer because if I’m thinking about it, well yeah, mineral water has no taste, it’s completely tasteless, so thereisno reason actually for blaming the taste.

The worst was that, when I was in elementary school, I was hospitalized because I was dehydrated. The doctor even could not believe it and said “You livein a place which is not lack of water, how can you be dehydrated, how much water do you drink in a day?” and I could not answer it, because what I really remembered at that time, I could stay without drinking for two days, how if I finish my meal? Don’t I eat? Emmmmm nahhh. I might (may) just sip the water. I know it’s is insane and terrible, I am still dealing with that. I often get constipated, sorry for being so honest, but like a dumb person, I keep not drinking mineral water. One of my friend said, I may get many pimples because of that, and emmmm it make senses tho.

Long story short, there is another friend of mine knew about it and one day, he sent me a direct message on my instagram account. It was about mineral water, completely information about the right time to drink mineral water and how many glasses we should get.
The information he shared was from an account of @drunkenlephant, and it was so exciting to know that mineral water can be really effective on the human boy when we drink  at the correct time.
I read some comments saying that we should find the need of water based on our age and weight, because everyone gets different need, but still, I thik this information is really beneficial, you may try, like me,or just simply read my summary to compare to your mineral-water drinking habit. First of all, CMIIWW
  1. 4 glasses of water after waking up - it is said from kompas.com that drinking mineral water right after waking up, 160 ml per glass, will help detoxification, increase the metabolism, make the skin healthier, is good for hair and so on.
  2. 1 glass of water before a meal - that glass of water will help our digestion system.  Well, I think it’s right, based on my experience, you should not get constipated if you drink enough water
  3. 1 glass of water about an hour after a meal - it is mentioned that you should not drink during a meal. Well, then how if we eat spicy food? hahahaa
  4. 1 glass of water before taking a bath - it will help lower blood pressure.
  5. 1 glass of water before going to bed - it will help us avoiding stroke and heart attack.
I, honestly, cannot start right away like four glasses after waking up and those four glasses at four different times. It may be hard, but I’m pretty sure I can do it, for the sake of my own health. Read more and drink more ! Stay healthy and fabulous, readers !!!
